Professional Background and Qualifications Summary:
- Developed A-1 Sentry Alarm company, a full service electronic protection security company. In fourteen years from inception achieved ranking in top five in the City of St. Louis. Company attained nationwide recognition prior to being acquired by an internationally owned conglomerate.
- Initiated programs for and developed Centurion Associates, a private industrial and personal investigative firm utilizing high tech electronic surveillance equipment and relationships with law enforcement and related judicial agencies to aid in the apprehension of numerous criminals.
- Managed the design and installation of multiple security systems to meet the diverse needs of Anheuser-Busch Companies. Awarded one of the largest and most comprehensive security system design build projects, designated "Master Security System Anheuser-Busch Companies". Note: Capable of monitoring in excess of 10,000 employees initially (note: expandable to 50,000 users) for various levels of access and security controls.
- Directed the design engineering of a prototype computerized alarm monitoring system for the City of Creve Coeur Police Department. Oversaw installation as well as maintenance of this system. Note: At time of completion the most innovative and extensive to date. (Note: Upon initialization 490 subscribers.)
- Designed total theft, fire/smoke sprinkler, as well as controlled substance security systems for twenty five (25) Dierberg's Markets retail/production sites. A major St. Louis Supermarket Chain. (Note: Executive protection concepts were also initiated.)
- Coordinated the engineering, purchasing, installation and monitoring for the entire safety and security system for the Wetterau Inc., IGA Food Stores, World Headquarters Complex. Efforts reduced security expenses by 7%.
- Planned, designed, and installed a comprehensive security program which met the changing needs of the entire Pattonville School District. System reduced security operating expenses and losses by 30%.
- Through affiliation with I.A.C.P. (International Association Chiefs of Police) membership developed relations and working ordinances and cooperative programs between various law enforcement agencies and private security including FBI and Secret Service in the Greater Metropolitan St. Louis/Illinois Gateway Region. Numerous programs and ordinances are used and accepted nationwide.
